Dear Colleagues:
The UCLA Academic Senate Leadership and the Council on Research announce a Fire Disaster Relief Grant program to support Senate faculty who have experienced significant loss and setbacks in their research due to the devastating fires in Southern California.
The Fire Disaster Relief Grant program is a grant program to assist Senate faculty who lost, or experienced significant damage to their homes, in the recent fires. Affected Faculty may apply for a one-time grant of up to $4,000 in research funds by completing the attestation linked below. No other formal application is required.
Designed to facilitate research progress, recipients must use the funds by June 30, 2026, and follow university requirements regarding appropriate research-related expenses.
