Conference Travel Grant Program
Academic Senate Members are welcome to apply for a Conference Travel Grant (CTG) once per fiscal year. The CTG supports domestic and international travel to conferences of recognized scholarly societies for the purpose of presenting results of original research and/or creative activity. For conference travel occurring July 1, 2025 - May 31, 2026, apply by April 30, 2026.
- Domestic up to $700 (including Canada and Mexico)
- International up to $1500
Applications must be received by April 30. No exceptions.
To avoid processing delays please review the Conference Travel Grant Program Guidelines before submitting your application. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
