Conference Travel Grant Program
Academic Senate Members are welcome to apply for a Conference Travel Grant (CTG) once per fiscal year. The CTG supports domestic and international travel to conferences of recognized scholarly societies for the purpose of presenting results of original research and/or creative activity. For conference travel occurring July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026, apply by May 31, 2026.
- Domestic up to $700 (including Canada and Mexico)
- International up to $1500
Applications must be received by May 31. No exceptions.
Conference Travel Grant Program Guidelines have been recently updated. Please review guidelines before submitting your application. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
