Conference Travel Grant Program
Fiscal Year 2024-25 Applications Are Now Open
Academic Senate Members are welcome to apply for a Conference Travel Grant (CTG) once per fiscal year. The CTG supports domestic and international travel to conferences as well as virtual conferences of recognized scholarly societies for the purpose of presenting results of original research and/or creative activity. For conference travel occurring July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025, apply by May 31, 2025.
- Domestic up to $700 including Canada and Mexico
- International up to $1500
- Virtual up to $250
Applications must be received by May 31. No exceptions.
To avoid processing delays applicants must review the Conference Travel Grant Program Requirements and Guidelines before submitting your application. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
