Conference Travel Grant Program
Academic Senate Members are welcome to apply for a Conference Travel Grant (CTG) once per fiscal year. The CTG supports domestic and international travel to conferences of recognized scholarly societies for the purpose of presenting results of original research and/or creative activity. Applications must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the meeting.
- Domestic up to $900 (including Canada and Mexico)
- International up to $1500
Applications must be received by May 31. No exceptions.
2026-27 Conference Travel Grants: For conference travel occurring July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027, apply by May 31, 2027. Please review the 2026-27 CTG guidelines for important information.
2027-28 Conference Travel Grants: For conference travel occurring July 1, 2027 - June 30, 2028, apply by May 31, 2028. Please review the 2027-28 CTG guidelines for important information.
